Return & Exchange Policy

Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Exchanges

• You can exchange an item within 4 days of receiving it, under the same conditions above.

• If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. Excluding unreturnable products (Panties, Bras, Lingerie, Accessories, and Swimwear).
